Our refund and returns policy is pretty simple. With all products being digital downloads, no refunds or returns are allowed. Once downloaded, there is no way to return. If you purchase on TPT and have not downloaded the resource, you can contact TPT for a refund. As long as the resource has not been downloaded, they typically will provide a refund. However, they handle all transactions. I am not able to issue refunds through the TPT site.
Refunds
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed through Teachers Pay Teachers, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact Teachers Pay Teachers at support@teacherspayteachers.com.
Exchanges
Exchanges are not allowed through Teachers Pay Teachers.
