“This is a fact find to kick off a Firefly unit of study. There are 12 Firefly fact cards (one color and one black and white set) and students have a record sheet to record the answers on that they find when reading the cards. The cards can be taped all around the classroom. You may not want to put them all out in plain site so kids have to look a little for some of them. They take a clipboard with the recording sheet and roam the room to find the answers.
Each fact card has full color photos but they also print well in black and white.
The reading on the card is pretty easy so it would probably be best for end of 1st, 2nd or 3rd.
Now included a full color question template that you can take a screen shot of and send to iPads by airdrop for students to fill out.”
