This is a fact find to kick off a Black Bear unit of study. There are 12 Black Bear fact cards (one color and one black and white) and students have a record sheet to record the answers that they find when reading the cards. The cards can be taped all around the classroom. You may not want to put them all out in plain site so kids have to look a little for some of them. Students take a clipboard with the recording sheet and roam the room to find the answers.
Each fact card has full color photos but they also print well in black and white.
The reading on the card is pretty easy so is best suited for 1st, 2nd, or lower 3rd grade.
Now included a full color question pdf template that you can send to students in Google Classroom or to iPads by airdrop or See Saw.
Using this as a workstation in the classroom is also an option.
