This stop includes how to make a simple
text QR code.
I love using text QR codes to make riddles for my students to solve. Scavenger Hunts are another fun way to use text QR codes. Place QR code clues on pieces of paper that students scan to help them find the next clue. I did this once for my son at home on his birthday. I hid his birthday present then he had to find QR clues around the house. Each QR code clue led him to another QR code clue that eventually led him to his present. What kid doesn’t love a hunt?
Here’s a text QR freebie you can download to use in your classroom:
Greater Gator QR code Riddles. This freebie gives students practice with double digit addition and subtraction math facts. Some facts have regrouping and some do not. (We are constantly reviewing this skill in my classroom.) Students will also compare the answers with a greater than or less than sign after they answer the math fact.
